इस योजना हेतु आवेदन करने का कार्यक्रम, तिथि सहित परिवहन विभाग के द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। लाभुक, अनुदान प्राप्ति हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन करेंगे। इस हेतु लिंक परिवहन विभाग की वेबसाइट www.transport.bih.nic.in पर उपलब्ध रहेगा। आवेदक को ऑनलाईन माध्यम से निम्नलिखित कागजातों को अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा :-
प्रत्येक ऑनलाईन आवेदन के लिए एक यूनिक नम्बर सिस्टम द्वारा जेनरेट किया जायेगा। आवेदक सिस्टम के द्वारा जेनरेट किए गए पावती रसीद को भविष्य के पत्राचार के लिए सुरक्षित रखेंगे। |

| 5. प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी अपने कार्यालय के एक आई०टी० असिस्टेंट/ ऑपरेटर को इस कार्य के लिए विशेष रूप से चिन्हित करेंगे। उनकी जवाबदेही होगी कि ऑनलाईन प्राप्त आवेदनों को डाउनलोड कर उसे अग्रेतर कार्रवाई हेतु प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी के समक्ष ससमय प्रस्तुत करेंगे। प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी के द्वारा आवेदन की जांच की जाएगी एवं सही पाये गए आवेदनों की पंचायतवार वरीयता सूची बनायी जाएगी। वरीयता निर्धारण का आधार निम्नवत होगा :-
(i) लाभुक की शैक्षणिक योग्यता। (ii) समान शैक्षणिक योग्यता रहने पर अधिकतम योग्यता के अंक के आधार पर। (iii) समान योग्यता एवं समान अंक होने पर अधिक उम्र वाले आवेदक को प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी। |
